Effective date: April 11, 2026
This privacy policy applies to all apps published by Dotcraft (dotcraft.app), including Minimal - Spent, Aya, and any future apps we ship under the same brand. We build small, focused apps that respect your privacy by design. We collect as little as possible — in most cases, nothing at all — and we never sell or share your information.
Our apps collect minimal data. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no analytics. The only data stored is what you enter or save inside the app — such as expenses, saved verses, favorites, language preferences, theme choice, and similar settings — and it lives entirely on your device in local storage (AsyncStorage on React Native).
All app data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. We do not have access to your app data, and we cannot retrieve it for you if you uninstall the app or change devices. There is no cloud backup, no account recovery, and no cross-device sync. This is by design.
Aya is a bilingual Bible verse app that shows verses based on how you feel. The verse you select, the mood you tap, and the verses you favorite are all stored exclusively on your device. We do not know which mood you chose, which verse you read, or how often you open the app. Your spiritual and emotional life is private — and we designed Aya specifically to keep it that way.
Some of our apps provide home screen widgets. These widgets read locally cached data on your device (or, in the case of Aya, a static list of moods bundled with the app) to display relevant information or entry points. Widget data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Some widgets and notifications open the app via deep links (for example, aya://verse?moodId=sad). These links carry only the information needed to navigate to the correct screen inside the app. They are not shared with anyone and do not leave your device.
App purchases and payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. We do not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data — no analytics, no crash reporters, no advertising networks.
When you submit a feature request or bug report through our website, your description and email address (if you choose to provide one) are stored in Firebase Firestore so we can follow up. Providing your email is entirely optional. We use this information only to understand and respond to your feedback.
Our apps contain no advertisements, no analytics trackers, and no third-party SDKs that collect your data. We do not build user profiles, we do not fingerprint devices, and we do not track your behavior in any way.
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it. Because our apps do not collect personal information in the first place, this is primarily about the optional website feedback form.
Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) are already handled by the fact that your data is on your device, under your control. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage through your device settings.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
